Case study: UX/UI design + WordPress site development
An all-female project
for the creation of a platform
dedicated to the world of sewing.

Two sewing enthusiasts, one dream in the drawer: to build a virtual home that welcomes, under one roof, all the resources of the creative arts world.
We created for two young female entrepreneurs a digital platform where Italian companies in the industry can be found. We designed a clean design with warm pastel colors. Coordinated with the brand, the site reflects the image of Dritte al Punto and is supported by a navigation interface designed to be simple and intuitive.

An interactive map with advanced search functions
The beating heart of the site is the “GO TO POINT (Vai Al Punto)” map, through which sewing enthusiasts can search for the best sewing stores throughout Italy, with the ability to filter by product category, type of sale and geographic location.

WordPress as an “engine” for advanced content management.
The project is dedicated to sewing enthusiasts, but it is also a showcase for businesses that want to make their business and services known. With a customized, WordPress-based back-office, site administrators manage business cards, images, contact information and coupon codes. The site then hosts a blog, which features articles divided by category and tags of interest.
