Case study: UX / UI design + WordPress site development
This is an advanced WordPress project, with the implementation of a CRM data exchange
Goal n°1: a new design to improve the website usability and accessibility
The existing site has been completely redesigned, in order to:
- Improve usability and accessibility, including from mobile devices
- Modernize the user interface and the browsing experience
- Improve the maintainability of the site with a customized backend based on WordPress
Goal n°2: integrate data from SuiteCRM
Black Studio took care of the integration, based on WordPress, with the CRM SuiteCRM, in order to publish data on the website.
Used technologies
Because of the complexity of the project, Black Studio chose a technological approach that included the creation of a Custom Plugin aimed to interface SuiteCRM to WordPress via API Vers 8 for reading, processing, and importing / updating data.
